Well oh well, it is all very exciting over here as we prepare for the Art Trail. We have visited exhibitions...

Photographed and celebrated a joyous wedding...

 We had a visit from a lovely friend, celebrated Rich's birthday and in a delightful turn of events I will now be working at both number four gallery in St Abbs and Coldstream Gallery. Splendid! I have been thoroughly enjoying the galleries and will be bringing you a selection of my favourite pieces at the moment, I warn you, it may be a long list!

Number 6 Photography

Rich and I have been doing some wedding, event and lifestyle photography over the last few years and have set up a facebook page to share our work.  We are Number 6 Photography!

Day 79 Wedding

Day 79 was the first wedding R and I photographed and it was a beautiful, nerve wracking, rain soaked, fun, flower and butterfly filled, moving, kilt swirling frolic of a day!  


Many congratulations to the gorgeous Gillian and Nathan and thank you for welcoming us so warmly.  

Winter Wedding

January has been tootling along at a fair pace and we are already half way through! I came back to Scotland last week after an unexpected opportunity to act as second shooter at a wedding back in Northern Ireland. As some of you know R and I have our first booking to photograph a wedding later on this year and I am working away on the new website and gaining as much experience as possible.

I have to admit (Kate look away now) I have been really nervous about the responsibility of photographing a wedding, however, supporting the main photographer last week provided invaluable experience and was a privilege to see such a lovely couple exchange their vows. So, now I'm really looking forward to the final edit of the shots from last week, shooting more weddings and, of course, the big, first official wedding in October!
